Like what you see?

Like what you see?

AI doesn’t invent. It reflects.

I used the viral prompt:
“Create a caricature of me and my job based on everything you know about me.”

The result didn’t surprise me.
It made me melt.

I’ve gone from being a workaholic to someone searching for balance between my love for surgery and my love for family.
And when I say family, I don’t mean just my child.

I love the idea of family. I respect it. I try to take care of it.
This child changed me profoundly.
Or, more honestly, he awakened a part of me that never believed it would get the chance to exist.
Maybe because I didn’t grow up in a warm, united family myself.

This image doesn’t show what artificial intelligence “knows” about me.
It shows what I chose to search for, to question, to build over time.
It shows the questions that constantly run through my mind.

And apparently, my life gravitates around surgery, motherhood, and truth.
Not necessarily in this order.
Maybe all at once.

AI doesn’t invent values. It recomposes them.
It lays the truth on the table, completely bare.

From questions about work, professional identity, motherhood, balance, meaning.
From the things that matter enough to keep asking about them, again and again.

Technology isn’t neutral.
It’s a mirror reflecting the priorities of the person using it.

So the real question isn’t what AI can do for us.
It’s why we choose not to use it for our own benefit.

Why do we use the internet as an anesthetic instead of a tool?
Why don’t we ask for guidance on raising emotionally healthy children,
on building better relationships,
on eating better,
on habits that truly support the brain and the body?

In 2026, “I don’t know” barely exists anymore.
What exists is “I don’t want to,” “I’m too comfortable,” “I’m lazy,” “not now,” “I’m afraid,” “it’s too hard.”

Don’t be a spectator in your own life.
Be the main character.
And take responsibility for the ending.

Try this:
use the internet and AI the way your ideal self would.
Search for what actually helps you become better, calmer, more present, more honest.

Then run the same prompt again in six months.
And see if you like what you see more.

Algorithms don’t steal our lives.
We give them.
