Where science meets the sweetness of early motherhood.

Hello, I’m Roxana — plastic surgeon, new mom, and the writer behind Scalpel & Stroller.
I started this space to translate evidence-based medicine into gentle, practical guidance for life with a baby—without losing the warmth, humor, and very real mess of parenthood.

″My belief: good medicine is calm, kind, and useful. If it doesn’t help at 3 a.m., it’s not helpful enough.″

Credentials

MD, Plastic, Esthetic & Reconstructive Surgery (hand surgery)

Research background; committed to clear, evidence-based communication and source-linked writing

A lot of therapist, Brest consultant, sleep consultant, food consultant, behavior consultants and kinetotherapist invited to teach us better (I’ll do my best to make the most complete team you can ask).

Creating a safe space for everybody to ask questions and tell stories that inspire ar just ask for help.

Clinical Interest

Hand, bone, tendons and nerve surgery.

Skin cancer treatment and reconstruction after ablation surgery.

Esthetic surgery that help your face, ears, breast or vagina look better and make you feel more confident.

Liquid face augmentation with Botox and fillers that keep you natural, not frozen, not like anyone else, just make you as an individual beautiful.

At Home

Decaf coffee, a curious December-baby, and a lot of stroller miles. I’m learning to balance scalpel-level precision with baby-tempo days—and sharing what actually works.

Trying to balance also my love life with the most competitive surgeon (and most patient man) any woman could ask, keeping his interest alive and remember to love him back.

Also there is our 10 years old panda dog, whom we love so much and makes our life harder and beautiful at the same time.
