Adina Popov is a pharmacist and IBCLC.

She is passionate about the function and challenges of breastfeeding and further studied oral and whole-body reflexes to better understand the reflexive act of breastfeeding.

She aims to support parents by transforming breastfeeding into more than just a food source—into the architect of a baby’s oral anatomy, body, and immune system.

With extensive training in oral-facial habilitation and primitive reflex integration, she combines clinical expertise with whole-body approaches to empower parents and healthcare professionals alike.
