Today I Decided to Start This Blog

The house is quiet, and the baby breathes softly on me.

I should probably sleep, but my mind is full — not of medical cases or tomorrow’s appointments, but of thoughts I’ve been collecting for months and never put anywhere.

So here I am, starting this blog.

Why I’m Here

I want to offer clean, researched information — not recycled or taken from some paid influencer or sponsored reporter.

Because I’m tired of the noise, the half-truths, and the ”expert” opinions that are really just ads with nice lighting.

What I’ll Start With

I’ll begin by talking about children — because it feels like society is doing everything it can to produce obedient “sheep”:

people who follow systems without questioning, without thinking for themselves, without trusting themselves.

I don’t want that for my child, and I don’t want it for yours either.

If this space becomes a place for even one parent to pause, question, and trust their own mind again — then it’s already worth it. ✨
